普吉島，尤其是芭東，被認為是世界各地的遊客
夢寐以求的頂級旅遊目的地。然而，由於它是一
個小的省份面積，但它在經濟驅動方面是非常大
的，因為是為國家創造收入的二級省，現在有一個
趨勢，遊客的數量不斷增加。因此，許多政黨都在
敦促解決一直存在的問題，無論是清潔，安全，交
通還是許多方面，但似乎我們還沒有解決問題。芭
東發展基金會主席Preechawut Keesin博士說，首
先應該解決的問題是人。如果城裡的人都是好主
人，並且關心社會，經濟和環境責任，這可以使這
個城市成為一個宜居的地方。一個人們認為好，做
得好，有公眾頭腦而不是自私的城市，這個城市不
一定是世界上最好的城市，但最好是擁有世界上最
好的人。這個世界上的國家已根據人類的思想而改
變。這取決於我們的想法。如果我們好好思考，這
個城市就是好的。如果我們認真思考，這個城市也
不會好。同時，解決問題的部分原因在於，創建活
動或促進公共關係是必須同時進行的另一個重要部
分。芭東發展基金會的許多活動受到了很多關注，
例如組織24小時海灘監控卡，2019年足球海灘杯，
來自世界各地的超過24支海灘足球運動員隊伍參
加比賽，包括Bangla的翻新是一條乾淨，安全的美
麗步行街。 Preechawut博士補充說，繁榮的城市
必須在人們的頭腦中衡量，而不是物體。因此，作
為私營部門和芭東發展基金會主席，繼續做志願者
活動，將芭東作為宜居城市模式。然而，在社會中
創造公眾心靈和公眾關注需要一段時間和連續性，
需要各方合作，發展小社會，建設大社會，步入成

จังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยเฉพาะป่าตอง ถือได้ว่าเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวติดอันดับที่นักท่องเที่ยวจากทั่วโลกใฝ่ฝนต้อง
มาให้ได้สักครั้งในชีวิต แต่สืบเนื่องจากเป็นจังหวัดที่มีขนาดเล็กในด้านพื้นที่ แต่มีขนาดใหญ่ในด้านการขับเคลื่อน
ทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ โดยสร้างรายได้ให้กับประเทศเป็นอันดับสอง และขณะนี้มีแนวโน้มปริมาณนักท่องเที่ยวที่เพิ่ม
ขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้นปญหาต่าง ๆ ที่มี และหลายฝ่ายต่างเร่งแก้ไขมาโดยตลอด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านความสะอาด
ปลอดภัย คมนาคม หรือด้านอื่น ๆ อีกมากมาย แต่ที่ผ่านมาดูเหมือนว่าเราแก้ไขไม่ตรงจุด ดร.ปรีชาวุฒิ กี่สิ้น
ประธานมูลนิธิพัฒนาป่าตอง กล่าวว่า สิ่งส�าคัญที่ควรแก้ไขเป็นอันดับแรกคือ คน ถ้าคนในเมืองเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดี
เป็นคนที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม เศรษฐกิจ สิ่งแวดล้อม แค่นี้ก็ท�าให้บ้านเมืองน่าอยู่ได้แล้ว เมืองที่คนคิดดี ท�า
ดี มีจิตสาธารณะ ไม่เห็นแก่ตัวเมืองนั้นไม่จ�าเป็นต้องมีอะไรที่ดีที่สุดในโลก แต่มีคนที่อยู่อาศัยมีจิตใจที่ดีที่สุดใน
โลก บ้านเมืองในโลกนี้เปลี่ยนผันไปตามกระแสจิตใจคน เราคิดอย่างไรก็เป็นแบบนั้น คิดดีเมืองก็ดี คิดไม่ดีบ้าน
เมืองก็จะไม่ดีตามไปด้วย ขณะเดียวกัน การแก้ไขปญหาก็เป็นส่วนหนึ่งการสร้างกิจกรรมหรือการช่วยโปรโมท
ประชาสัมพันธ์ก็เป็นอีกส่วนที่ส�าคัญที่ต้องท�าควบคู่กันไปเสมอ โดยที่ผ่านมากิจกรรมของมูลนิธิพัฒนาป่าตอง ที่
ได้รับความสนใจมาก อาทิ การจัดไลฟการ์ด เฝาระวัง ชายหาดตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง การแข่งขัน ซ็อคเกอร์บีช
คลับ 2019 ที่มีทีมนักฟุตบอลชายหาด จากทั่วโลกเดินทางมาร่วมแข่งขันกว่า 24 ทีม รวมไปถึง การยกระดับ
ถนนบางลา ให้เป็นถนนคนเดิน ที่สวยงาม สะอาด และปลอดภัยชั้นน�าของโลก ทั้งนี้ ดร.ปรีชาวุฒิ กล่าวเพิ่มเติม
อีกว่า เมืองที่เจริญ ต้องวัดที่จิตใจคน ไม่ใช่วัตถุสิ่งของ ในฐานะภาคเอกชน และประธานมูลนิธิพัฒนาป่าตอง จึง
มุ่งท�ากิจกรรมจิตอาสา อย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างป่าตอง ให้เป็นโมเดลเมืองน่าอยู่ ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นการสร้างจิตส�านึกและจิต
สาธารณะให้กับคนในสังคมได้นั้น ต้องอาศัยระยะเวลาและความต่อเนื่อง จ�าเป็นต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากทุก ๆ
ฝ่าย เพื่อการพัฒนาสังคมเล็ก ๆ ให้ต่อยอดเป็นสังคมขนาดใหญ่ และก้าวสู่การเป็นสังคมของผู้มีจิตส�านึกและจิต
สาธารณะอย่างแท้จริง
The tourism city context
driven by "manpower".
Phuket, especially Patong, is considered to be the top tourist destination that tourists from all over the
world have dreamed to come once in life. However, due to it is a small province terms of area but it is very
large in terms of economy driving by being a second rank province that creates income for the country,
and now there is a trend that the volume of tourists is constantly increasing. Therefore, many parties are
urging to solve problems that have always been, whether it is cleanliness, safety, transportation or many
other aspects, but it seems that we haven’t solved right to the point. Dr. Preechawut Keesin, Chairman of
the Patong Development Foundation, said that the first thing that should be resolved is people. If people
in the city are good hosts, and concern with social, economic and environmental responsibilities, this can
make the city to be a livable place. A city where people think good, do good, have a public mind, not
selfish, that city doesn't have to be the best in the world, but it’s better to have people with the best mind
in the world. The country in this world has changed according to the human mind. It depends on what we
think. If we think well, the city is good. If we think badly, the city will not be good as well. At the same time,
solving the problem is partly, but creating activities or promoting public relations is another important part
that must be done in parallel. Many activities of the Patong Development Foundation has received much
attention, such as organizing a 24-hour beach surveillance card, Soccer Beach Cup 2019, with more than
24 teams of beach football players from around the world coming to compete, including the renovation of
Bangla to be a beautiful walking street which is clean and safe. Dr. Preechawut added that the prosperous
city must be measured in the minds of people, not objects. As the private sector and the President of the
Patong Development Foundation, therefore, continue to do volunteer activities, creating Patong as a livable
city model. However, creating public mind and public concern for people in the society requires a period of
time and continuity, requiring cooperation from all parties to develop a small society to build a large society
and step into being a society of people with public mind and public concern truly.
